So.. i managed to survive a long weekend as a result of overexhausting if not surprising events. Lets recap back to saturday night where i made it jz in time to send off sha & hooked up with z, adi & kash for sum party hapening an hour or solater. After the airport we left for tk to meet up with some of the others, but ended up getting stuck for a while layaning a soccer match.
A few back & forth trips between tk & chill's with some light vodka later we all got down tokiulap for sum drinking party. I can't recall the name of the joint but it was preety tight. Kinda awkward at first, but after a cocktail of chivas, beer & my gud old friend mr gordon's.. friendly faces everywhere. It got kinda lateafter a while & with everyone starting to leave, zari decided to move the scene back to her place. she lives like sum 3 mins from kl whichwas probably some 20 mins or so from where we were. Maybe that explains why only me, adi & umi made it there..or was it cz neitherof us had a ride. Well i for one wanted to drink some more, it's never enough even when it is.
After a lil gin & bad attempt frying supper, we hung out in her room learned a lil more about how her life works till5+ am when we all agreed wud be time to catch up on sleep. Getting to bed (or technically the floor & a gigantic pillow for me) was lot easier then getting out of bed. We left her crib by 3+ pm and headed towards gadong to get sum grub. Did sum waiting before actually getting to sink my teeth into sum kuih malaya.
After tamu, we dropped off umi & hung out at adi's. Later on by nightfall the three of usgot down to the snookerium where i was preety surprised with zari's familiarity & experience with the game. Now here's a chick who drinks gin, beer & plays snooker. Maybe being gay's got sumthin to do with this rare(well at least for around here) yet likeable trait but whatever the case, for a chick it's sumthin.
Apparently all gud things must come to an end, me & adi got picked up by esa not before some dinner & meeting up with zari's brothers.Did feel kinda bad bout leaving her since we were supposed to have a rematch on snooker, but then again there's always next time. For therest of the night or technically morning i got entertained by 'the family guy' (funny stuff), some drama & vodka with the guys at adi's. I couldn't quite figure it out but things were moving real slow within my head the whole night & i'm sure it wasn't the vodka.
Not a gud morning due to z's uncle passing away & everyone had to split for the hospital leaving me & esa watching the 'family guy' but not as funny anymore after we heard the bad news. I didnt think i would but i finally got home by daylight via z dropping me off. Oh, and i did manage to squeeze a shower in between this whole lenghty weekend if ur wondering. All in all i'd say i had a gud weekend.
