LUCKY SIN

adi adi

It's starting all over again, despite sleepin regular hours for the past weeks im turning nocturnal again. I've only drinks to blame for this, it takes up too much time.

Yesterday for instance, after class i got picked up by rach & jaz with destination belading set in mind. Got there around 9pm & with only an hour to kill, we had to squeeze as much booze in as possible. Overall i'd say it was an hour well spent. I got sent back to my car after, & we all met up again at mamih. After a few minutes of entertaining jaz's friends both of us split to meet up with nami for vodka.

Im okay with this drink but the thing is, it wouldnt be first choice ya know? Anyways for some three hours plus i was being entertained by the alcohol & nami on the topic that we'd click best. Nope not music. Chicks. Yes Chicks.

You think girls out there bitch alot bout guys when they meet up? Well u put a couple of drunk guys together with liquor for thirst quenchers & u'll get a whole fucking novel. Detailed, explicit & unsuitable for most ages that is. By 3+am we decided to call it a night.

Today was kinda odd, had a preety bad hangover getting up then got online after shower before having anything to eat. After an hour or so i got out to get some grub. After that i had to drive up to pggmb to meet up with my ex to pick sum stuff up.

She was stuck in sum meeting and had me wait for quite a while downstairs. Well i did get annoyed seein as how i was in a hurry for class which obviously i missed by the time i got to campus. But then the really weird bit was by the time she showed up i wasn't pissed or anything but ironically felt relieved that she was there and ok. Very, very weird cause indirectly we hate each other's guts.

I made it to the later class at 8pm & was surprised harun cleared up his debts with me. Now i've got close to half the required exam fees to pay off but im still unsure how im gonna settle the second half. After class i picked up fortune & together with marco & harun we got stuck for 2hrs in the pool house.

Weekends..

Today i did something out of the blue, i went to church. I found the missing link & figured i'd make a better person out of myself starting with making regular attendance to church and finally be having a religion.....

Almost had u there huh? haha, who am i kidding? i went to church to pick up marco to go gambling. Since the thingie that went on in there wasnt done yet & my bladder was full, i thought i'd just roam around the place a lil bit seeing as how i've never actually been there.

It's preety decent i'd say, St Georges church, even got their own lil pond with real goldfish & a couple of statues here & there. It took me a while finding a place to piss, the signs i was following kinda led me to some chicks instead. The signs they have on the wall mind u, not my fuckin instincts :P Well just as i expected the chicks were nice enough to show me to the toilet. Where i pissed alone of course :P

After a few mins of loitering around & mingling with the nice ppl, marco got out and we left for Fortune's crib. Well more like his office too, since they were both just a few steps apart. We spent some time coming up with a different joint to gamble but eventually we ended up in the same place. An hour plus & only a dollar richer i left for home. Couldn't be bothered hanging out after pool, since i got tired from swimming earlier on.

-Keeping Mum- Watched this movie when i got home. Its about a vicar (Rowan Atkinson) Who is too bothered about his next sermon than his family. His wife gets bored and starts to succumb to the advances of her golf instructor Lance (Patrick Swaze). They hire a new nanny to look after the children while the parents are out working. We notice that this woman has something strange about her. She has a large suitcase that she keeps locked up in her bedroom. Sparks fly when the wife (Kirsten Scott-Thomas) and her daughter Holly(shows tits) open the suitcase and discover whats inside. Rowan Atkinson actually has a respectable role in this piece where the rest of the cast had more humor. Kinda boring overall but like all british movies it's worth it.

All in a day's work

Yesterday i had the one of the longest night yet, cramped with a long dinner, unproductive class, gambling & a 3hr chat at the gerai with one of marco's friends. It's funny how this country's like so small where eventually everyone's connected in a way. As i like to put it, a giant friendster linking every soul.

This guy although we just met, knew about almost everyone i did, & made me realize how many people out there i seem to have forgotten especially all the highschool friends whom i havent got in touch with in ages.

Well you see for quite a certain amount of time, i was hanging out too much with the same crowd & under the influence of the same fucked up routine. It's true how when within a demotivated crowd without a sense of direction in life u tend to be sucked in and possibly represented as a duplicate. Now that's a matter of the past, i'm glad to have cleared up my head & started expanding my social circle as well as having a life.

I swear everytime i get out of this LogicDesign class i feel i've worn out my cerebelum close to maximum. Altough i do like mathematics, this 2hr twice a week module is just fucking insane. After the torture, i went and got me some dinner where Kong met up with me in a bit. He's trying to get me hooked on this on-line game Utopia or sumthin like that. It took me two days & still i havent finished reading the beginner's manual. Just way too much details to cover.

"Once u addicted song man! U attack attack & cebai wake up in middle of night regroup ur troops & attack attack! Politics man fucking politics!" yup that's the only part i understand from him. Fuckin hell, i wouldn't even get up in the middle of the night even if i got robbed. But nevertheless i will make an effort to play this game seeing as how enthusiastic his efforts are in advertising the addiction.

I told the guys i gamble with that when u gamble, try not to have a debt with anyone it's bad luck. Marco's the only one so far who followed that theory and after clearing all his debts with me he actually made some dough while gambling tonight. Hell even i lost, haha. Highlights of gambling tonight would be me killing a bee with a snooker que. Yup it must be insect extermination week for me.

Oh yea, my old lady came home earlier this evening, didn't have much good news bout my grandpa but im real glad she's back. Now i can go back to having proper decent meals.

judi...judi....judi...

Yeap that is exactly what's filling up my time these days, gambling. Fortunately i'm drinking this very minute so i guess change is always good. Not as good as how im feeling now anyways. Classes have been preety challenging seeing as how im taking some preety hard subjects this semester.

Earlier this morning i caught my cousin online, she's like graduating in a few days and a couple of years younger then me. (which is such a slap in the face reminding me of what a fucked up old timer like me is still doing in school)

Well i asked her bout my grandpa cz he's not doing too well these days and i must say i feel really bad when i came up with a lousy excuse why i couldnt make it to see him in malaysia when everyone else made it. I really hope he'll get better and wouldnt mind takin a few years off my life to trade for his..since life is shit for me eitherways.

I killed this big ass spider this evening with a beer bottle (ran out of insecticide). As a kid i'd be scared shitless killin one for i always had this theory where if u dont fuck with em they wont bug u (and of course the giant ass spider movies in the past didnt help much with my confidence either). But nowadays being realistic, its just annoying to see one crawling around.

jokes

I went swimming earlier on after a long while of abscence.
Used to make a decent number of laps by the hour but today i was actually counting the minutes gettin out the pool. Anyways i came across some pretty funny shit & thought i'd share it with u ppl...enjoy.

Mailman Retires
It was George the mailman's last day on the job after 35 years of carrying the mail through all kinds of weather to the same neighborhood. When he arrived at the first house on his route, he was greeted by the whole family who roundly and soundly congratulated him and sent him on his way with a tidy gift envelope. At the second house, they presented him with a box of fine cigars. The folks at the third house handed him a selection of terrific fishing lures.

At the fourth house he was met at the door by a strikingly beautiful woman in a revealing negligee. She took him by the hand, gently led him through the door and up the stairs to the bedroom where she blew his mind with the most passionate love he had ever experienced! When he had enough, they went downstairs where she fixed him a giant breakfast; eggs, potatoes, ham, sausage, blueberry waffles, and fresh-squeezed orange juice.

When he was truly satisfied she poured him a cup of steaming coffee. As she was pouring, he noticed a dollar bill sticking out from under the cup's bottom edge. "All of this was just too wonderful for words", he said; "But what's the dollar for"? "Well", she said, "last night, I told my husband that today would be your last day, and that we should do something special for you. I asked him what to give you, and he said; "Screw him. Give him a dollar". "The breakfast was my idea!!"

Lawn Mower
One afternoon a wealthy lawyer was riding in his limousine when he saw two men along the roadside eating grass. Disturbed, he ordered his driver to stop and he got out to investigate.

He asked one man "Why are you eating grass?" "We don't have any money for food," the poor man replied. "We have to eat grass." "Well, then, you can come with me to my house and I'll feed you" the lawyer said. But sir, I have a wife and two children with me. They are over there, under that tree." "Bring them along," the lawyer replied. Turning to the other poor man he stated, "You come with us also." The second man, in a pitiful voice then said, "But sir, I also have a wife and SIX children with me!" "Bring them all, as well," the lawyer answered.

They all entered the car, which was no easy task, even for a car as large as the limousine was. Once underway, one of the poor fellows turned to the lawyer and said, "Sir, you are too kind. Thank you for taking all of us with you." The lawyer replied, "Glad to do it. You'll really love my place - the grass is almost a foot high!"

bottom of a double digit

"Lord of war" - now here's something fresh for a gun crazy movie, unlike the others, this movie actually deals with the business of buying & selling weapons. It is an extremely compelling tale with fucking excellent acting performances, great dialogue and dark humor in the middle of the gripping drama that revolves around Nicolas Cage and his character, Yuri. Cage makes Yuri into one of the most complicated and intellectually fascinating characters of 2005 by giving the gun runner his attitude, dark sense of humor, guilt, love for his family, euphoria for completing the deal, fear of who he does business with and the tension he feels while eluding the law. All in all worth the time...2hrs plus to be exact.

"12 monkeys" - Now here's a movie i haven't seen in quite a while, i remembered it to be preety good that's why i bought it, that & also it came in one of those 3 in 1 dvd's with "Sin City" & "Hostage" filling the list. James Cole (Bruce Willis) is a 21st century convict living in a hellhole prison sometime in the 2020s. In order to reduce his sentence, or even obtain a full pardon, he "volunteers" to travel back in time to the 1990s to obtain a pure sample of the virus so that modern science can analyze it. Cole's trip takes him to 1990, where he is incarcerated in a Maryland asylum under the care of psychiatrist Kathryn Railly (Madeleine Stowe). One of Cole's fellow inmates is a totally off-the-wall nutcase named Jeffrey Goines (Brad Pitt), the son of renowned virologist Leland Goines (Christopher Plummer), a man whose name is featured prominently in future headlines.

Twelve Monkeys spans four time periods: 1917 in the trenches of World War One, 1990 in Maryland, 1996 in Maryland and Philadelphia, and the 2020s deep beneath Philadelphia. For the most part, 12 monkeys is a maze of plot twists and turns. Yet, despite all the hiccuping through time, the story is neither exceptionally obtuse nor hard to follow. In fact, it's possible to make shrewd guesses about some of what's going to happen. Despite all it's complexity it's another worthwhile piece, 2hrs plus also.

Had one of the longest night reaching up to double digits on booze in belading. And for the first time barely making it back past customs due to the curfew. Highlights of the trip besides the booze & tits would be Marco's hillarious attempt to pick up sum chick in malay, seriously has anyone ever encountered a filipino trying to converse in bahasa malaysia? It will crack u up.. Once we got out of the customs, drinking continued all the way to Tk where we met up with Fortune. Oh yea i did run into adi the girls. It's nice to see familiar faces when ur pissed.

After Tk we made it to the pool house round 12+ & left round 4am. Yet another lesson learned, never gamble drunk... it will burn a hole in ur pocket. Despite my clumsy attempt to get back into house, i actually made to the shower before passing out in bed.

Turned in before 12pm last night thats why im up so early bloggin. Guess my sleepin cycle has gotten close to normal. Either that or the 4hrs sleep i had the day before, along with the whole afternoon of drinking & school didn't help much keepin me up.

I did make it to Yan's bday gathering by night where buffet steamboat allowed me to sober up a great deal. It's nice catchin up with the girls again & Joe whom i havent seen in ages. By the time i got home i was soooo fucking exhausted i almost fell asleep in the shower.

Today's supposedly a busy day but i dont think im making that a fact. I could use a break from all the hectic irregular activities, & get some productive stuff done for the day.

fucking bullshit

Karma must really be fucking with me today. Earlier this evening i got called into the office on campus regarding my exam fees. Supposedly to be $90 bucks a subject, so $320 for the 4 subjects im takin this sem but somehow it turns out im forced to blow a whooping size $2000 hole in my pocket by the end of the semester for the fees.

Apparently i'm told it's some rule i'd to follow which i was totally unaware of or even informed when i first enrolled for this crap. Bottom line it's literally bullshit scamming to get extra since the school's getting broke.

Later on i hung out a lil bit at school to wait for sum ppl to come round and pay me their debt.. but upon arrival im told payment will be made in near future? Personally i dont mind if ppl pay on time or later but as long as a date is given to me, but since now im gonna really be fucking broke i would well fuckin appreciate it if all debts be cleared regardless if u have to sell ur liver to come up with the dough.

This must be karma's comeback for the que i broke in the pool house a few days back. Crap. Well anyways, i got a new album today..

Dragon Force - Inhuman rampage.

I have only one comment for this album as well as the band. I prefer this band and most of the tracks on this album over Dream Theater. Especially the singer. ha ha.

How's this piece for art? Should get the artist down here.

I managed to crawl out of my cave & make it to the beach this morning, with a pretty mean hangover from drinking all night & getting up after 3hrs of passing out. It was supposed to start at 6+ am (my school's attempt to gather the students together for yet another function) but after i picked up marco we arrived only a few mins before 12 & as predicted everyone was packing up & leaving.

That was really awkward standing around when others were bout to leave. "To save face" as marco puts it, we went swimming, bout an hour in the water & no sunburn thanks to the cloudy weather we left when the sun showed up. Got sum grub at La Mee in serusop, this place is one of those joint's where the term money's worth comes to play. Good food in terms of quality, quantity & presentation, quite a substitute for buffet. Got so stuffed i had trouble moving round lookin for movies after.

he who makes a beast of himself gets rid of the pain of being a man

The past few days have been preety slow, nothin out of ordinary worth stressing my fingers typing for this blog. I did miss the first day of class although it started round 5:45pm. I know it's too late to miss... but with a sleeping schedule like mine i'd be lucky to be up for dinner. The following days i made it to all other classes jz to make up for it. (so far 2, we'll see if i can keep it up)

Other then the usual attendance down at the pool house & drinking all night, i did get a new album & caught up on two movies. Firstly the movies,

"Take the lead" - its preety ok i guess, but i did prefer the soundtrack over the movie cz i had trouble trying to distinguish the similarities from other ballroom dancing movies.

"History of violence" - i bought this by mistake & it stays to remind me what mistakes are.

As for the album, it's Avenged Sevenfold's latest piece of work "City of Evil".

First of all City Of Evil has a totally different sound to it than the the two previous A7X albums. The screaming from Shadow has toned down a hell lot. Very much inspired by '80s shred guitar, Sinister Gates and Zacky Vengeance have crafted some very intricate guitar parts to compliment Shadow's voice. Duel guitar work, sweeping arpeggiated chords, acoustic/spanish guitar breakdowns, and screaming leads can all happen on one song.

Back to school

Surprise! surprise!, classes start tomorrow. Like all the other holidays, nothin productive came from this past whole week of sleepin all day drinking all night (not forgetting the frequent visits down the pool house). This will be the most hectic semester for me yet......

You know how when u read the paper's these days.. and there's topics like how overstayer jailed or canned? Or how they make it sound so drastic that i can just imagine hangin on to my nuts going through the penalty so sure it'd be deadly?

Well i manage to fuck up my routine of going out the country gettin the bloody chop for my passport once every two weeks & ended up a day late when i actually did show up. I was expecting a lot of shit but got away with a warning instead. Very nicee. With the paranoia out the way i spent the next two hours drowing my sorrows on the other side. Got caught in the rain all the way back to the car while pissed. Now that really sucks.

That was on friday nite i think, but today sunday, (well technically monday but since i only update on post real early in the morning lets assume its sunday), was a lil more lenient on me. For the first time since forever, my old man woke me up to accompany him to run some errands. He wasn't feeling too well, i guess drinking all night & working all day finally caught up with him. (btw me & my old man has the kinda bond where we communicate up to less than 20 sentences in a month) I felt really bad for him so i offered to drive instead and get dinner as well after the errands. We spoke a total of more than 2 year's of sentences throughout the trip to which i'm glad we did.

After dinner as usual i got around to the pool house had a number of frames with jason then later harun came round & continued with a frame of snooker. After that marco & fortune came and we ended the night after an hour plus of last card. Practically blew the whole night away gambling. By the time i left it was past close to one so i had to drive over to kong's place to return some stuff...and that was when i found out about class startin tomorrow.

Tiring ass day

I think i'm spending way too much time in the pool house. Today in addition to yesterday's 2 hours of LastCard was a total of 6 hours straight of gambling. I played till eyes bleed (if it could it would) and for what? Fourty fifty bucks a night? not bad... but then i only see the dough when everyone's gotten paid by their bosses. In other words for now i'm still broke..

I've decided to take a break from gambling and turn to something more productive. So.. i'm going belading tomorrow, i believe its the only way to keep my mind off gambling & also to keep me happy temporarily. After all, the lesser ur sober, the lesser u worry.

I found some sites with a couple of interesting if not funny clips that i think might entertain you ppl who're wasting ur life reading this blog as much as i am writing it. I'm too lazy to post the clips on this blog itself so i've linked to the pages where the entertainment reside. do check it out & let me know what u think, if u allow urselves' the pleasure of being entertained or simply jz wanna take a break from whatever it is that's stressing you out.

Clip 1 : "This one's a beer add that makes sense."

Clip2 : "I would like to have this guy's job playing around with coffee all day"

Clip 3: "You would wanna drink with this guy"

Clip 4: "My english teacher.... i wish"

Clip 5: "Wonder whats going on in iraq lately?"

Well thats all folks till the next post. Maybe i'll try post the videos directly next time..

Sleep all day Drink all night...

DFirst day of independence, i'm aware of how familiar i am with this routine yet i get a lil confused keepin track of schedule sometimes.

I got up in time for dinner so i went to thien thien for some chicken rice where before i finished dinner i noticed my mom's colleague's paying my meal as they were leaving. Chinese ppl are always like this, it's as if its a habit injected into their veins. Anyways i thanked them then went off the Joey joe's to get Joey's season one (haha.. never thought id say this).

I was preety surprised when i saw "MY NAME IS EARL" season one! Without further hesitation i bought it and left for home. Now one of the ways to a perfect home alone situation without female company would be in my case, a six pack of tiger along with a dvd comedy series currently purchased, in the basement abusing my old man's home theater system.

I only finished 6 episodes, but I'd say it's preety funny, the story's bout Earl, a low-life who finds a winning lottery ticket only to get hit by a car, losing the ticket in the process. He then realizes in the hospital that his bad luck is the result of karma in which fate punishes him for all the rotten things he has ever done in his life; therefore, he then decides to dedicate his life to making ammends to all the ppl he has hurt in his life.

If u dont like the Jason Lee or the concept of the story then dont bother with it other wise, it's as entertaining as it is funny.

Start Of A Good Month No?

Yesterday i caught up on drinkin and got wasted. Today i woke up without any hangovers. Excellent...

My old lady's going back to malaysia for like the rest of the month. sigh..it's really gonna suck cookin for myself. Maybe this'll be a great opportunity to try out all these recipies i got pilled up. Nevertheless eating out will still be my first option.

I spent the whole evening gambling snooker with Harun then when it was all over i had a quick dinner and headed home. In less then five minutes i got a call from Marco inviting me to gamble again. So i took off to the pool house where i just left from. Started from 11pm both of us & Fortune gambled LastCard till 3am+

I got so fucking hungry by the time we finished, so i went off to the gerai to grab some chow. This is when i met a group of ppl i havent seen in a few months cz we had a bit of a falling out. Obviously the situation was awkward but knowing these guys we were all professionals at acting. So making it seem natural was as easy as comming up with a few quick bullshit topics to kill enough time for me to pick up my take aways and split the spot where time stood still.

I'm preety sure ya'll out there have been through this mayhem & lived to tell about it. haha. Anyways im home, had a great rowdy john to kill the craving and actually finished off my project proposal. I wonder what i'm gonna be up to tommorow..
