Went swimming today, fully utilized the whole hour. After i was done & got out the pool, sum kid was throwing tennis balls into the pool from the tenth floor off the freakin flat to one of the sister's in the pool. The kinda crap kidsdo for fun these days huh? Got two albums today, Jay Chow's "November's Chopin" & Live's "Awake the best of live".
I know this album's like 2yrs old but still, i never did get any of the previous one's so getting "the best of" album was the perfect choice. Besides i do like the killer lyrics & the unique way they sound. 19 tracks of real gud stuff.
This dude's product is the only Chinese music i ever got into, ever since the 1st album. It sounds preety much like the other albums maybe a lil more guitars in this one. If u like weird chinese hiphop with very melodic tunes then u'd probably wont be annoyed with his stuff. 12 repetitive like tracks, well at least thats how it sounds to me.
Something unexpected happened when i was out getting gas. It came up to $14 bucks so i gave the attendant $104 bucks thinking id make it a solid $90 on the change. I don't know why i took off before i got my change back and forgot bout it for like an hour. No i wasn't drunk, maybe jz tired from all the swimming. Anyways luckily i went to get a drink from the grocery store & realized i was short 90 bucks. Went back to the gas station & surprisingly the same attendant who was there came up to me and gave me back my change. I felt a lil bad thinkin how i wouldnt be as honest if i was in his shoes but glad that i was made aware honest ppl still exist.
Checked out "Election" this new hongkong movie bout triad head election. Resembles the godfather in sumways. Overall kinda slow but preety ok written script & directing. Lot of big shot actors in this one.
